Product: HP All in One

I simply picked my computer up and shifted it to a different desk. It was working fine. When I plugged it in on new desk and turned it on it makes a crazy loud alarm/ambulance sound. I’ve unplugged everything from it and tried multiple times but the screen just stays black and makes a terrible sound. 

any tips or tricks?
