Product: HP ENVY 6052

Bought this printer from Walmart but am not seeing much about this model anywhere.

 

Despite the original price being less than $99, I do not see the option to sign up for the $0 free printing plan when enrolling the printer into instant ink - only the $2.99 plan and up.  Does this printer not qualify for the free 15 page print plan for some reason or can I buy the free printing card form Staples and enroll it?
