HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

the printer is out of service due to an error caused by the color instant ink cartridge.

Tried al possible sulotions without result. Installed the latest sw and firmware, cleaned the cartridge several time, nothing helps. 

The virtual assistent does not understand the problem and is no help at all.

On the instant ink site I read that they can't send my a new cartridge due to the problem. 

How am I suppost to fix this problem as a member of HP Instant Ink?
