Hello all,

An employee's laptop seems to not have the "Connect to wireless display" option. We use this option to connect to our televisions, projectors, etc. This is the first time that I encounter a laptop that does not have this option.

The laptop itself is almost 6 years old but I have worked with much older laptops dat do have this option.

I already did all Windows updates but another issue that might be related is that the HP Support Assistant does not give me any updates. The last updates it has installed date back to 2018, yet it says that the system is up to date. I already tried downloading the assistant again but still the same result. There is a chance that the updates that the assistant can't find will fix the issue.

If someone knows any possible solutions, please drop them below. Thanks in advance!
