Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6960
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 is not printing Magneta or Yellow.

Black and Cyan are working but not the above colors.

 

I've taken the following steps so far, none of which have resolved the issue.

 

- Checked the ink levels and they are all ok.
- Accepted all updates.

- Cleaned the printerhead

- Tried to align the printer - Not able to do as the alignment page does not print out the above colours.

- Checked the vent on the cartridges - all clear.
