I am constantly getting the message 'Cartridge Problem. Remove and re-install the indicated cartridge' I subscribe to 'Instant Ink Cartridges' and have installed 3 new black one now on their recommendation but still getting the same message. If I remove the black cartridge the printer works but prints at a very bad quality. I am at a loss of what to do, the printer is only about 2 years old and has had little use. I have followed guidance and removed the cartridges, cleaned the contacts, removed and re-installed the printer from my laptop, unplugged it and re-plugged etc but still not working correctly. Could anyone please suggest anything to try. I've just spent over 3 hours trying to fix it again. Thank you.
