Product: Officejet Pro 6230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer cannot perform anything due to printhead problem. I see numerous threads about this printer having this issue and HP replacing the printheads for a while, which I did not know about. I have a full ink cartridge and can't use the printer due to the faulty printhead. Please help.
