Hi folks.  I have had this new Windows HP laptop since Jan 2020 and it is now out of warranty but still within a year's warranty at PC World in UK. However, I am still self isolating and don't wish to leave the house yet.  The internal microphone is not working. I have done all the checks listed and even went through a check on line with Microsoft and did all they asked. All drivers are updated.  The volume levels are checked. But in the section where it says "Test Microphone" you can't!  The words are not linked to make me able to click on it to actually test the microphone.  Meanwhile on Messenger video/Zoom etc no-one can hear me scream!  It did work, for a month or two.  SOOOO frustrating. Been working on trying to fix this all day!  Thanks if anyone can help!
