Product: Deskjet Plus 4155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is constantly going offline.  I tried the firmware update through HP Smart but the Advanced Settings option is not an available choice.  Why is this happening and what can I do to keep it from happening again?  I would appreciate any help I can get.
