Product: HP Envy 5010

Hi, 

So among the terrible product design decisions that HP has made in its printer systems, the HP Envy 5010 requires "setup" cartridges.  If I have bought the printer used and no setup cartridges have been included, might HP be able to explain how I'm supposed to use this printer?  

 

Also why are you sending the answer in private messages in response to questions from other users rather than just putting it on the **bleep** internet for people to see?
