2 days ago, I had plenty of folders and subfolders in my HP Smart app (go to "View and Print" --> "HP Smart Files"). Then, this morning I went to view files that I had scanned using the HP Smart app, and there was NOTHING. When I went to "settings" in the app, it showed that my "back up to iCloud" setting was "off" and I wasn't able to choose: "back up files to your iCloud account".
Is this a server issue (where my HP Smart Files may have been wiped out?), or did my HP account get hacked? How do I get support for retrieving the files (from HP Smart Files) that I have scanned using my iPhone 6? Also, I noticed that when I log into my HP printer account, there are a few places on that site that shows what seems to be Hebrew. Should I worried that my account was hacked, since I'm from the US and my language setting is English?
Thank you,
Tony
