Product: HP Officejet 6700 Premium
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this Officejet 6700 Premium for some time and have been pleased with it; however, recently the yellow cartridge no longer functions properly,  It has stopped printing yellow and head cleaning and head alignment efforts have not corrected the issue.  Help will be greatly  appreciated.
