Brand new Designjet Z9+ printer. Brand new user to large format printers.
Thought I needed to set a password from the printer's IP address web page. Set it and then it required me to enter it to do anything. This was 2 seconds later and the password and username would not work?? Now I can't do anything on the brand new Designjet Z9-44 until I get it reset?
I am open to removing it for now if that is possible. What are my options? or who do I contact to have it reset?
I am new to this so I don't even know if the web page is the same as the EWS password I see in the posts here in the "Community"???
If a solution is to reset to factory settings for the Designjet Z9-44 how do I do that? is that the only solution? Will I have to have support come out and reset the entire printer for us again?? because I am not sure what it resets?
