Help!!! I am so frustrated after trying for days to get this printer set up and printing. 

 

I want to be able to print from my iPhone and my MacBook Pro. I have set up the HP Smart App on both. The printer says online, until I want to print when it then says offline. I have set up and deleted and set up again. I have turned off and on again. I sometimes manage to print from my phone but never from the MacBook.

 

I get error messages such as "There was a problem during printing. Check the printer and try again", "The printer is offline", "Please wait on this screen until job has been sent" (but will stay like that for 10 mins and not do anything), along with others. It takes absolutely ages if it does decide it wants to print something and overall I am so disappointed I wasted my money on this useless machine! It can't be this bad, perhaps I have done something incorrectly?
