Product: Office Jet Pro 8025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am having the same problem as was noted in this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/OfficeJet-Pro-8025-stuck-on-quot-Printing-Alignment-Pa...
I have tried all the suggested solutions and have even tried a set of fresh ink cartridges, but it still gets stuck. Oddly enough, I can print while the message is up, but cannot access the touch screen on the printer, since the message will not go away and it will not print the page.
Please let me know how to perform a full reset in the printer to hopefully solve the issue. I tried it via the HP Smart app and via my laptop, but both say the printer is busy and will not complete the operation.
Thanks.
