Product: HP ENVY5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I keep trying to print, printer sounds like it's printing, nothing comes out. I've tried every single troubleshooting step I can, and ink levels are high and I'm also using legit HP ink cartridges.
Some test pages print, but ink is not sharp and bright and some of the page won't even print?! So sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
If I print a word document, like I said, it sounds like it's printing, then comes out completely blank.
I don't know why printer won't print. I have Microsoft 2010, but no idea if it's 32-bit or not.
Is this print just done or can it be fixed?
