Product: Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It hap been only 2 weeks after I bought my  Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx laptop, first it used to charge battery at normal speed, but now it takes a lot of time to charge, after 2 hours of charging it only charges 10 percent of the battery. I ran the battery test, ac adapter test from the bios and it didn't show any problem, and I have no idea what the actual problem is.
