Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Web Jetadmin is instlalled on Server 2019. It runs fine on localhost:8000. When I try to access it from a remote client, the initial page tells me I am missing .NET 4.5 and provides the link to install. Remote client is running Win 10 64-bit, 2004 with .NET 4.7 installed. When I try to install the 4.5, obviously, I get an error saying I already have a later version installed. So, back to the Web Jetadmin url to run the application and it fails due to missing .NET 4.5.

How can I get Web Jetadmin to identify and accept the installed .NET installation?
