Since installation of new modem, printer remains connected to wifi but not to or recognized by devices. Also touch screen and on/off button of printer are unresponsive. I must unplug from power source and reconnect, then printer functions and is recognized by computer and android phone...for a short time only.
Occasionally, for some unknown reason or event, all the lights on the printer are flashing frantically saying to turn off. At this time, the on/off button does work and so does printer..again for a short time.
