I noticed my printer wasn't going into sleep mode so I turned it off and then when I went to use it again, I got this message: "Ink Cartridges Problem: Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and then touch OK." The ink I had in there was HP and barely used. It shows that there's a problem with both the color and black cartridges.
I tried all the troubleshooting tips I've seen on here including disconnecting the cords, cleaning the contacts, resetting to factory settings, etc. I even bought brand-new HP ink and still have the same error message. My firmware is also up-to-date.
Any ideas would be most appreciated!
