Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I got this printer a few weeks ago and have had no issues printing from both my laptop and my phone. Now, however, every document I attempt to print gets stuck i the queue. I had run the diagnostics, gone through every stop the bot suggests, and of course unplugged and restarted both the printer and my laptop. Still no luck. I've made no updates or changes, so it makes no sense that this would suddenly be a problem. I can still print from my phone (but my access to the things I want to print is limited. I need to be able to print from my laptop!)
Anyone have any suggestions?
