Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to register an HP Workwell account and even though I scroll to the bottom of the Privacy Agreement, the Accept button doesn't enable me to press it.  This is stopping me register and I am getting fed up of the prompt coming up multiple times a day to register. Has anyone had this issue/knows how to resolve?
