Hi.

I just began using my HP 8028 and it has been installed for about 3 weeks, working great! It was just fine last night however today, the printer is giving me a paper out error message when there is paper in the printer. I have done all of the steps recommended, cleaning the rollers with a damp cloth, checking the tray,  unplugging the printer waiting a minute then plugging it in again and the darn think will not print. No way to reset the printer other than unplugging it.  I printed a document double sided before going to bed last night so this is a mystery. The assistant is driving me nuts I've been trying to find a solution for over 2 hours and  am being directed to a site with a HTTP Error 400 message. I am just so frustrated with it. It's telling me to buy different paper ????? the paper was fine last night. What's up with this printer?
