Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Помогите , мой принтер HP Deskdjet ink Advantage 1015 не видит бумагу, пишет что бумаги нет в лотке , хотя она там есть. В остальном все работает. Обнавила драйвера, картриджи с краской полные. Подскажите в чем дело?
