HP Officejet Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet Pro 8620 about 2 years old.  I have instant Ink, it used to work just fine, no longer works, just recently stopped (this summer) and message says web service could not be enabled.   I have good internet connection, the printer works just fine, I can scan, print, print from my phone & laptop etc. perfectly fine.  However get pop up messages about the instant ink not working. I ran the print and scan doctor app, I uploaded updates, to no avail.  I tried to do it using  the IP address of printer from my computer.  No luck.  I can't update modem because supplied and serviced by cable company.  I worked through the options from HP, and came down to the printer is out of warrantee & needs service?   I guess my only option is to drop the instant ink service, since printer function works fine?
