HP Recommended
Product: Office jet pro6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP office jet Pro 6978 keeps saying I have “printer failure” and to turn the system off then on. Message 0x6100004a and I have a paper jam. I do not see a paper jam and I’ve turned the computer off and on, but it’s still giving the same error messages! Any advice?
