Product: HP Envy Photo 7134
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
When I try to scan documents I receive the blue error message 00829C98 on the printer's display. The product is an HP Envy Photo 7134.
This procedure happens every time:
- the machine sounds weird when I'm scanning the second and third pages (not sounding weirdly at all at the first-page scanning).
- when I try to scan the fourth page, the scanner moves, sounds weird, and gets stuck at the end; the display turns blue, shows the error message 00829C98, and buttons on the display as well the power button starts to blink.
I've tried restarting the product, troubleshooting the printer/scanner, downloaded drivers, and updated the printer but nothing helps!
