Z27n G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

About the Z27n G2 monitor.

I was given two of these monitors by my employer, one at the office and one for home.

At the office I use an HP desktop and at home an HP spectre laptop. So everything should be compatible...

Both monitors have the same issue, they do not save my settings. Any time the monitor is turned off or goes in to power save, when it is restarted, the dynamic contrast is on again. I must then go in to the settings and reselect one of the view modes, the Dynamic contrast is then turned off.

The dynamic contrast option itself, is already turned off and the option is saved, so I don't know why it is turned on again every time the monitor restarts. Both computers also have the latest monitor drivers installed.

The view mode is saved, so if I choose "photo" when I restart, the view mode is still "photo" however the dynamic contrast will be on again, and I must reselect "photo" view mode to turn it off.

It's hella irritation having to adjust the monitor multiple times per day.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers
