I am reguistered with INSTANT INK since 2017 and until now, have never had a problem. I replaced my old laptop a few mlonths ago and since then, INSTANT INK has failed to link to my printer (not sure if or why this should happen when I repolaced my laptop - perhaps a coincidence?). I have not received any ink for over two month and now desoaratgley need to repace my i k Cartridges. It is imossible to get a 'human' to talk to on HP site and the automated 'assistant' does not acknowledfge this problem. Can anyone suggest a silution pleaase. FYI. (i) I have a HP printer; (ii) it works fine and will print wirfelessly; (iii) it connects to the internet; (iv) no 'error' messages.
