My screen looks like that when I reset my laptop.

I was working few days ago and the screen was turn green then system go down. First i was able too see this:

option wit Automatic Repair.
I was try all the option I can but there was nothing that could help me with the problem.
After last try to reset system with "data not erased". Laptop show only that bios zoomed version.
Is there any hope to fix that or just direct me what I can do to made my HP works again?
