Hi I am having trouble reconnecting my printer to the WIFI. When i try to connect wirelessly it says connection failed. When i try to connect with WPS it says Error process stopped. When I printed out the Wireless Network Test Results it says No Filtering Failed. That the MAC filtering is enabled. But i called Verizon and was told that the MAC filtering is disabled. I have no clue how to resolve this and get my printer reconnected to continue using my instant ink.
