Since yesterday I can not scan from my Win10 laptop to my OfficeJet Pro 9012. This has always worked before. I process duplex documents via the ADF. I scan in deplux from my Win10 laptop, so that I can save the documents as PDF files. This is done via the HP Smart app on my laptop. Since yesterday this stopped working! I get a printer error message that I ened to reboot the printer. the ADF feeds the paper, but then it stops about 3/4 inside the printer.
I allready reinstalled the printer, reinstalled the drivers, updated the firmware and rebooted everything. Nothing works! I believe there is a bug in the latest HP Smart app for Windows that causes this.
