Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Yesterday everything was working great.
This morning I plugged in my headphones for my school class on zoom and the sound was still coming out of the laptop speakers. I plugged my headphones into my phone to try and trouble shoot, they worked perfectly on the phone. I plugged two sets of different headphones into the laptop, no help.
Sound settings indicate that the system is not detecting the headphones.
I've also held a dust buster to the headphone jack to try and remove dust. No help.
Being able to use headphones is integral to work and school! any help super appreciated.
