I an have a very frustarting issue. Our printer has been working absolutely fine but now it has real printing issues. After switch on it connects to the network fine and you can print, but after a short period the printer becomes unavaiable and you can't print. Frustratingly, when you are printing a longer document say 3 or 4 pages, it becomes immediately unavailable afterwards, so you can't print the next document in the queue. Likewise you can't printer after the print goes into sleep mode. The blue wireless icon is solid and the printer panel reports as being connectd and all the correct network settings. The on;y way to solve it is to turn it off and on again and hope it doesn't lose connection while printing. When I got this printer a few months ago, it worked fined, there has been no change to our router (a BT Smart Hub 2). As we do not have any windows machines, I can't do the diagnostics . Printing failes like this from all of our Macs and all of our iPhones. I ahve tried the virtual chat agent, which was not helpful, chnaged connction chanenls, limited connection to 5GHz rather than both 2.4 and 5GHz. One attention cam up that there was more than one access point with the same name. I can't give the 2.4 and 5 GHz different names due to other requirements. The printer is less than 3 feet from the router. have reinstalled the software, there are no firmware updates available. Given that the printer was working well before, I am inclined to think that it is now broken and I will somehow have to get a replacement printer.
I should add that there is also a high pitch sound like an old modem coming from it
