Deskjet 2600 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer used to work fine, then I couldn't print from my laptop (HP Pavilion) and could only print from my iPhone. I don't know whether this may have been because of a Windows update, but it was impossible to reinstall the printer driver and I tried all the troubleshoots in the HP print and scan doctor.

Now the printer won't work at all; the orange information light is on constantly and it will not connect to my wifi no matter what I do. It won't print via the USB either. The only guidance I can get from the troubleshooter now is that my router may have a MAC filter in place. My router is from Sky and it is completely impossible to speak to a human to find out whether there is a filter. I need to print things for work and I can't! Can anyone help please?
