My printer has just told me I am out of yellow ink. I have been on instant ink replenishment for over a year with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer. Been replenished before without a problem. Been paying every month for the service. Having trouble getting through, need ink badly, low on black also. Do I need to go out and buy some at a store? Is there any quick way to get in touch with someone at HP to get some ink coming.
