I replaced my empty starter color cartridge with the new cartridge and the printer gives me a message that there is a problem with the cartridge. That i should remove and replace it. This is not the solution also turning the printer off and on or cleaning it as stated in the support site does not fix the problem. My firmware is also up to date.
If i put my old cartridge back it detects this without a problem.
I need a replacement cartridge.
