Product: HP Deskjet Plus 4130

Hi, just bought myself a new printer and it came with 4 month trial. However im finding it virtually impossible to claim it. I have setup an account with a monthly plan and it never have me the option, nor did it give an option when I setup my printer on the app. The online help is a useless robot thing with generic unhelpful answers telling me to try what Id already attempted and I cannot find a phone number anywhere.
