Product: Zbook 17 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Upon researching this issue, I found two other users in the HP forums with the same question, but no response to the question. We have a brand new out of the box Zbook 17 G6 and the service door on the back will not open. I do not want to pry it, as it almost sounds as if the spring mechanism in th lock is faulty, and would probably result in damaging the service door to where it will not lock after forcing it.
Has anyone else had this issue, or have a resolution on how to get the service door on this device working?
