I just replaced my ink cartridges with new HP cartridges. The black will not print. Photo black does print. I have tried everything suggested in the community and also contacted Dell because I have a Dell laptop and they tried for hours....everything. For 2 full days I have been trying to get this fixed. I deleted the printer and drivers and added them back three times. I want to talk to a person who can get the black to print. There is nothing wrong with my printer. It works great. I just replaced the ink. That is it. There has to be an easy fix to this. Why is this so difficult? This happened before and HP connected to my computer and fixed it in 5 minutes. But they don't do that anymore.
