Hi, I have an instant ink (free) abo, and my first ink delivery was needed. The ink has been shipped on october 16th, but since october 21th nothing has happend in my track and trace. it has been 14 days now and I really need the ink, because it has finished now. What do I do, I can not find a way to contact a live agent, have tried Whatsapp two days ago but no-one is answering. This is really frustrating!
