The last black Instant Ink cartridge I received does not work properly - it prints blurry/hazy/out of focus .  Previous cartridge was fine.  Tri colour is fine.   I have run all the printer head cleaning routines several times  but that has not fixed the problem.


How do I get a replacement Instant - Ink cartridge?


Furthermore, why isn't there an easier way to report this problem through my HP Instant Ink account page?  There are dozens of similar posts here to the community.
