HP Recommended

HELLO COMMUNITY, SINCE I BOUGHT MY LAPTOP, I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SOUND ISSUES WHEN USING ZOOM OR TEAMS, ESPECIALLY WITH HEADPHONES ON. I HAVE REPORTED AND SENT THE COMPUTER TO HP, BUT THEY SAID THERE IS LIQUID INSIDE THE LAPTOP AND THEREFORE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THE THING IS, I HAVE HAD THIS HEADPHONES COMPUTER AUDIO PROBLEM FROM THE FIRST WEEK I BOUGHT THE LAPTOP, AND I FEEL IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY LIQUID. I HAVENT EVEN USED THE LAPTOP FOR 3 MONTHS AND I ALREADY FACE SUCH A PROBLEM. I WAS TOLD TO PAY AN AMOUNT ALMOST EQUIVALENT TO THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE COMPUTER, OR TAKE MY LAPTOP UNREPAIRED. I FEEL UNFAIRLY TREATED AND HP IS TRYING TO SHIFT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ME FOR A FAULTY LAPTOP.  PLEASE HOW DO I GET OUTBOF SUCH A DILEMMA? THANK YOU,
