I have received emails about a needed firmware update or I will lose my Instant Ink account.
Re: Firmware update for Instant Ink
About a month ago, I spoke with a tech person, after being online/hold/helped for a very long time before work one morning. I went through the firmware steps again-with the tech. The printer doesn't respond as stated, the prompts on the menu are even different. Then the tech told me my printer was "offline", but did not know how to make it connect. He said that when my printer was online again, the firmware update would be handled. In checking my page, the account noted a replaced ink cartridge, so I know it's connected! I'm still getting email notes to update or lose my Instant Ink account tomorrow.
I better NOT lose my account! You can't even talk to a real human here! They make it SO difficult. Can anyone help me please?
