Product: Notebook 17 1KV46UA

Hi. I clicked to update Win10 on my Notebook and now it is stuck in a Boot Loop. I have done the battery removal and drain etc. I tried changing some options in BIOS to no avail. Also, the system informed me that I do not have an Administrator, and it will not permit a factory reset. F8 won’t give me safe mode. I own this laptop. Please help.
