Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, earlier this afternoon I hopped on my computer and began to go about my day around 10 minutes after turning my computer my clumsy hand knocked over a glass of water that spilled onto the top of my desktop which is under my desk and some slight water got onto the cords that go into my computer but not something drastic.

A few minutes later I was cleaning it up and my desktop power button began to flash white but with a sequence of beeps meaning something was wrong so I decided to shut the computer completely off. I then rebooted the computer and it seemed to be fine once more, it was checking my drives and such and then it took me to this old looking screen which prompted me to “repair/install windows” which I clicked on repair and I let it sit there for around 20 minutes and it didn’t realistically do anything so I decided to shut my PC off. I tried once more and instead of slightly turning on and bringing me to a normal screen it would not display anything on my monitor and it would rather just beep the same sequence from earlier. 3 long beeps with the flashing power button then the 2 short beeps following that. It would then stop after awhile but would still be flashing the white power button symbol. Any ideas of how can I fix/repair this? I spend quite a lot of time on my computer and it’s generally what I live off of at the moment and it sucks that this happened today.

To anyone out there with knowledge please let me know ASAP, it would be greatly appreciated
