Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer has been stuck for days on the HP logo and goes to black screen the first day it went to the diagnostic recovery blue screen now it's doing nothing I did the BIOS recover thing the fast test and the extensive test and it past both and now it only shows the HP logo and goes to black screen I can't get past it please help it's only a month old it's the real tree camo one I love it and I need to use it asap for family court due to the covid court is done by video conference now please help
