Product: HP desk jet 2600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a desk jet 2600 which suddenly stopped printing and shows empty. I pay monthly for ink but they won’t send me any as saying error. I have done everything virtual assistant tells me but going round in circles and cannot speak to anyone. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do? My printer is two years old and I have only ever received two cartridges.
