Product: Color Laserjet MFP 277dw

Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

We've never done what should probably be routine maintenance on the above printer. Now that it is making noise, now seems to be right time to clean up, oil, and whatever to keep the device is good shape.

I have found not instructions on how to do routine maintenance. Do such instructions exist? What supplies are recommended?
