I am getting charged for the instant ink but I haven’t received any shipments. Every time I try to call I always talk to a machine who doesn’t help me and ends up hanging up on my face. I have tried various times to start a case with the virtual agent but also lead me nowhere and was unable to create a case. I just want to talk to a representative about this issue, I am highly disappointed in the company and the way they are dealing with this issue. I expected better, it was so easy to take my money but now that I need help it seems impossible to reach someone.
